Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is it possible for my ex wife to make it to where our son can't be around my new wife? My new wife has never been arrested for anything like harm to a child, drugs, alcohol, etc. It seems like she is doing and saying things just to try and hurt me. She already dictates when I get to see my son and she supervises it even though I am not under court order for supervised visits. Can she do this?

Unless there are valid reasons to restrict contact, no. Do not let your ex control the situation. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.

No. I suggest you take her to court for contempt/enforcement of your visitation. If I can be of assistance, please contact my office for an appointment 904-997-1031.

She does not have the right to put restrictions on your time with the child unless there is a valid reason to do so.
