Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I are having marital difficulties. I was asked to leave and did. She has not filed for divorce and I believe she wont. I still love her and want to work it out but with counseling and guidance. Is there any other way to save a marriage of 24 years? we have 2 children 21 & 17 going on eighteen in November. Also we have a a home in foreclosure.

We have had good and bad jobs but kept it going. I believe the source of our problems is financial and not emotional, although we have hurt each other over this. I would like to move back in and believe to have right to that effect.

Obviously, I think most people would suggest counseling. I hope the two of you go that route. Yes, you have the right to move back in, but it really doesn't sound like the best way to save your marriage. Also, I'm not a counselor, but I think most counselors will tell you not to move back in (or move out if you hadn't yet) until a certain point in your counseling.

Counseling can do a world of good. Good Luck and God Bless.
