Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a wife wants out of a marriage and wants to leave her husband, is she still entitled to half of everythibg such as the house( in both names) the husbands pensions, furniture etc.?

Florida is an equitable division state. Therefore whatever you contributed v. what he contributed will be the deciding factor as to what you will receive.
