Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I have been married for six years. For the last year she has been living in Ohio with another guy. She will not give me a divorce can I get a dissolution on my own? We have no children together or no assets together.

yes. YOu may have have to file it in Ohio because Florida would have no jurisdiction over her.

Check with an attorney there and see what can be done.
