Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I are 1.5 months away from adopting her 5yr old nephew who we have had for 2yrs. I discovered my wife and her boss are getting involved, and she has moved out into an apartment and will not tell me where it is. I been advised to file for a divorce. Will i hurt the adoption process or can we still follow through if we divorce. The adoption will take place in FL and we currently live in AL. We both have been approved for the adoption. I do not want the state to pull him out and replace. I also do not need to set around while this goes on with my wife and her boss, which has been going on for 8 months. Thanks.

Since this is a family adoption and this is her nephew - I don't believe you will be allowed to be a part of this child's life.
