Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife has moved out of our home. She has a few personnel belongings still left behind, would like her to pick her stuff up. She has filled out a quit claim deed and her name was removed from the title or deed of the home. Can I legally keep her from coming into the house whenever she wants? Can I change the locks?

Usually a spouse may enter martial property whenever they wish. Each court may have a diffeent policy. You may request from local Police a Trespass Affidavit but some Family Law Judges will ignore.
