Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
my ex wife has moved out of the state and is refusing me any contact with my daughter despite the stipulation, and is claiming that I am not paying child support ,even though I am and can prove it , I was just let go by my employer and cant afford a lawyer, because I currently have 3 other children that I support, dont know what to do.

You can't NOT afford a lawyer in this situation. It's too complicated to properly handle on your own. Your ex has violated Florida law by moving out of state, and you need a lawyer to immediately file for the return of your child.
