Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a wife moves completely (lock, stock, and barrel) out of the family rented home and moves in with another man in another rented property, can she then come back into the original home whenever she feels like it? AND if she can simply because "they are still married" can the husband then enter HER residence whenever he feels like it?

Once she's out, she's out, unless her name is on the lease. He never had any right to enter her new residence, it sounds like. How about changing the locks?

If you remain married and her name is on the lease, she can continue to come and go. You can not enter the boyfriend's unit as your name is not on the his lease. You might consider divorcing. YOu could file for a temporary possession of the rental home and furnishings until a divorce hearing could be held. In that respect she would be barred from entering. Talk with an attorney.
