Ex Wife On Pension @ Divorce Papers

I'm trying to get my ex wife off of my pension and put my new wife on. She is not entitled to this pension. In the court papers, she has 1/2 of the pension. Can I go back to court to fight this?

If your first wife was awarded 1/2 your pension and you did not appeal, no.

I'm not sure how you can say she's not entitled to the pension yet the court papers say she is entitled to half.

You may be able to go back and fight this, but it depends on how and why your ex was awarded half the pension. It's a whole lot harder to fight something after it's been awarded than before it's awarded.
