my ex wife has primary residency of our now 18yr old autistic son. she has not filed any action to the court requesting continuation of support and my divorice stated support will end on his 18th B-day wich was december. can she legally take me to court now and ask for childsupport

Yes, if the child will be an adult special needs child you owe child support so long so long as that child is special needs.
