Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife received an inheiratance a cpuple of years ago from her mother in canada. she has left it in CD's in canadian banks, my question is that community property or all hers in a divorce case.I live in Florida. Thank You,Bob Robbins PS> i cant charge to a credit card because she will no i talked to an attorney is their another way

Inheritance is generally not considered "community" (marital) property in a Florida divorce. It's probably all hers.
