Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife is going to remarry late March this year...I pay her $400 a month in support. Can I stop it or how do I find out how long I have to pay it for?

If she remarries then that would be a basis to end the alimony award. You have to file a petition for modification with the Court.
