Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My wife placed a restraining order against me. Therefore I cannot go back to the house. The house is only under my name since I had it before we got married. How do I regain possession of my property.

Do you mean, get the house back or get personal property?
The police will help you get some personal possessions (cloths, toiletries, etc., but not much more). Everything else will have to be obtained through a divorce in family court. She gets to keep the house (even though it's legally yours) until a judge says otherwise.
