Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

me and my wife are going to separate im moving to ca and she is staying in fl. im moving beacues dont have any where eles to go, and i cant be around my wife becaues we fight and i dont want to fight in front of our kids. she told me if a dont get a job in 2 weeks she is goinf to say im abanding my kids which im not what do i do pls help me out.

Florida does not acknowledge a separation agreement. You either file for divorce or you don't. I don't see where filing for abandonment will help her except she will want child support which will eventually locate you and ask for repayment of any funds that they have given her. In the state of Florida you can remain in the home untilt he date of divorce if the home is in both names.
