My wife and I separated and she sent the police to confiscate my truck, although the truck is in her name, we purchased the vehicle together and the insurance is in my name and I pay for the insurance, how can they allow her to take the truck? And can I get my tire and rims off the truck?

I'm not sure whether they've already taken the truck from you, however since the truck is titled in her name she can make her argument to the police that the truck in fact belongs to her and that you are using the truck without her permission. Are you both presently in divorce proceedings or just living apart? If there are divorce proceedings pending, you can file a motion to get the truck returned to you while the divorce proceedings are pending and the marital distribution is ultimately determined, frankly who gets what, etc. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to reach me directly.
