Not without a court order. When your ready to divorce, call me.
Does the house belong to both of you? Has she filed a temporary needs with the court to get the house - because she could and depending on the circumstances = that will determine whether or not she can have you removed. YOu need to file for divorce and get your life back on track - otherwise, you will be jumping through hoops everytime you turn around.
She is dangerous and she is playing you. Go to court to enforce your rights. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
She would need to show some grounds for an injunction. This is normally that she is afraid of you because you have taken some act to cause her to reasonably fear that violence is imminent. Be careful in contacting and communicating with her. Though you are not still residing together, she can still obtain an injunction.
If the marriage is broken beyond repair it may be wise for you to take the necessary steps to dissolve the marriage rather than risk further contact with her and these types of threat.
An injunction can have far reaching effects. Meet with an attorney to discuss a dissolution of your marriage.
