Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife and i are seperated and planning divorce. i work and earn approx. 29,000 annually.my wife is on ssdi at about 18,000 anually and also a pension of about 5,000 annually which is net income. will alimony be a concern

alimony is only a concern when dealing with the duration of the marriage and in your case it will ALSO be a concern as to whether your spouse was on SSDI when you married or became disabled after marriage.
