me and my wife have been seperated about 4 years now and she want to move to miami i live in jacksonvile. i told her now but ishe is going to move anyway. she only wants to move there to keep my daughter from me and thats where her bf wants to go what rites do i have? i pay child support but thats the only thing we have been to court for.

She needs court approval to legally move. You should petition for joint custody.
