Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife and I just signed an agreement that she would share transportation or pay 50% of the costs. It also states we may take the children out of state with 5 days notice. Two weeks after we signed the agreement I found out I was being moved to South Carolina for my job. Now she will not uphold her obligation to shared transportation or 50% of the cost. She also said her lawyer told her I have no authority to take the children out of state and she is with holding visitation. What should I do

IF you signed a Parenting Plan and the court has signed off on it, then the you can file a contempt motion against her. I suggest you get an attorney.

You will need to file a Motion for Contempt. In this motion you can request that court enforce the agreement that the parties put in place. You should try and get this matter settled before you move out of state if at all possible.
