can my ex. wife take my son who lives w/me

i was married in fl divorced in fl, my wife was named costodial parent, she moved to ohio, however she has allowed our son 17yrs.old to live with me for over a year to attend school, which he did last year, now she wants him in ohio, can i keep him here ?

If his move to oHIO WOULD AFFECT HIS SCHOOLING, SEEK TO HAVE THE ORDER MODIFIED.
