Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife and I split custody of our 9 year old son. We also split time sharing 60/40. 4 overnights with her per week and 3 overnights with me. I am opposed to public school and she has been sending him. In Florida I have Parents Choice. Can I keep my child home from the public school on Mondays and Tuesdays which are my days? What can I do? I have a Homeschool Curriculum that I prefer.

You are not permitted to change schools without a court order.
