Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
my ex wife keeps getting in trouble with the law and now DCF is involved again because my ex and her mother have left the children alone for the second time Im worried for my kids and times are tough were icant afford a lawyer please help

For your children's sake, you can't afford NOT to have a lawyer. You need to beg or borrow the money immediately to hire a lawyer and file for custody. Starve if you must to afford a lawyer, but make sure your children are safe.
