haven't been with my wife in about 12 years or longer. we have no children or marital property. we have no contact with each other and I would like to obtain a one- signature divorce. I live in Tampa Fl.

No such thing. You must go through marriage dissolution proceeding.
You have to obtain a court order.
Depending on the courts in Tampa you can get a divorce with using sworn testimony with a court reporter and a consent final dissolution of marriage. You will need to know where she is and have her do the testimony.
Not familiar with "One Signature Divorce". If you contact her and she agrees that is an uncontested divorce and is usually quick and can be done in less than 30 days; both parties must sign the paperwork. If she does not agree you must file for a Contested DOM and go thru the entire system. I would recommend you have an attorney assist. If you cannot fine her you may use "service by publication"; you would definitely need an attorney.
