Is new wifes income considered when exhusband said he can't afford to pay the awarded amount of alimoney to first wife?

Rarely. If the ex-husband, for example, quits his job to live off of his new, wealthy, wife, then the new wife's income isn't considered, but yet his claim for reduction or termination of alimony could be denied. Also, the husband couldn't, for example, claim that he can't afford both his mortgage ad the alimony if his new wife is paying the mortgage, as an example. Generally, though, the new spouse's income is irrelevant.
