Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wifw and I take care of our nephew. We did not go to court for legal custody. Both of his parents pay child support to my wife. If I file for divorce, will I have to paysupport?

I doubt you would have topay anything as this is not your chilod. There is no court order that establishes your legal obligation to the child.
