Will not comply with court order and using child as pawn

My wife's exhusband has used to court system to file charges that are lies. Yet he refuses to give suffient notice of visitation, harasses her on the phone and preasures his child to tears. He does not keep in contact and when he does he lies and then trys to blame it on the mother. He is behind on child support but has bought a new van and boat. He is insisting that my wife is brain washing their daughter, keeping her from him and wants a modification of support. All she wants is more than 1 to 2 days notice of visitation and to comply with the visitation instead of dropping her off a day early or having a relative call to drop her off a day late. It is hard to live our lives when we can not plan for his visitation because he will not respond until the last minute. Is there any law to make him comply? And What about limiting his visitation due to safy ( like him taking her off of her asthma medicine without notifing the mother) Do we have to wait until she is physically harmed or can the court see a patern of using the child as a pawn to worry the mother?

I will assume that when your wife divorced her husband that there was a visitation scheduled drafted and child support set. If that is the case and he is not complying then you could file an action for contempt. He must comply with the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage or face the consequences.
