what will happen to my exgirlfriend for not appearing to a family court ordered hearing?

Depends on her reason for not appearing. If her reason is reasonable and credible, the hearing will be rescheduled without penalty. If her reason is not credible, she will likely be ordered to appear at another hearing with severe penalties for failure to appear. Such failure to obey court orders is contempt for which the court may impose a wide range of sanctions and penalties.
