Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What will happen if the parenting plan is not followed by the book for example he will have her for spring break which is two weeks we are traveling to him from Florida to Missouri and we will be a day behind but she supposed to be flying home but he is threatening to keep her

If the parenting plan allows for visitation and after the visitation period the child is not returned, then you get a pick up order from the Judge and have the Sheriff of the county where the child is, pick up the child. I suggest you be prepared to drive there to get the child if that happens because most times, the child is placed in a foster home until the parent arrives . This could be traumatizing for the child depending on the child's age.

If he violates the date restrictions imposed by the parenting plan then you can file a motion for contempt/enforcement.
