Will I lose all my assets if I find my spouse has been involved in a outside relationship?

There is not enough information to proceed to answer this question. Need more details. If your spouse has been involved in an extramarital relationship and you are presently involved in divorce proceedings, depending on whether or not he's depleted marital assets on this relationship as well as the length of your marriage term, whether there are minor children in this marriage, and the existence perhaps of a prenuptial agreement, these are all factors that are considered by the Court as far as the distribution of marital assets.
