Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Will

I have a four month old daughter. I will like to know if, in case something happens to me and Idie, can I make choices as for example: where I dnot want her to live or be with? can I name someone to make decisions for me even if the father is alive? Can I legally say what religion she will be in until she is 18? Does my will count if the father is still alive? If yes...what can I do

Re: Will

Most of your questions depend upon whether you are still married and, if not, who has custody, etc. You should already have made a will just to be safe, but an attorney will need to know more facts to draft one for you.

Re: Will

Depends on your legal relationship with the father of your child. Is he the legal father, are you, or were you married, has his parental rights been terminated, etc. You should consult with an attorney regarding your issues.
