Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have a will that has a notary stamp that is NOT raised. Shouldn't it be impressed as a raised stamp to be legal? It seems my will could be altered as it is.

Raised seal notary stamps were eliminated by Florida statutes years ago.

No. There are lots of different notary stamps that are perfectly valid.
