Will a pre nuptual agreement protect my corporation for any money it makes during marriage and what will ...?

Will a pre nuptial agreement protect my corporation for any money it makes during marriage and what will happen if both my husband and I have a pre nup and get a divorce and we both put money into a house and we buy the house after marriage. In other words what ever investments I make with my husband and without him I want to walk away with the money in case of divorce but if the house is in both our names then I do not mind splitting it 50/50 Just that if I buy a buisness or house on my own with what ever my buisness buys after marriage I want to walk away with that 100% is there any agreement that can be made for this instance?

A well drafted prenuptial agreement would satisfy your concerns. However, as Florida Courts disfavor them, unless you have an actual lawyer draft it, if contested at a later date, it might be over-ruled. A competent attorney would know how to draft it to withstand judicial scrutiny.

If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.

An internet inquiry is no substitution for an in-office consultation with an attorney.

If your situation falls within the Greater Tampa Bay area, I would be happy to schedule you for an office consultation. The main office is in Dunedin, with a satellite location in Tampa.
