Wills
When I was married the first time and had a Will made, and now I am divorced and remarried, is the will voided or what do I need to do?

Re: Wills
Your will is not void or invalid. A divorce automatically makes the provisions to the former spouse operate as if the spouse had predeceased you. So, your assets pass as if your ex-spouse had died before you according to the other provisions. You may want to have your will reviewed for modifications to include your new spouse, though.

Re: Wills
You may prepare a new will revoking all prior ones.
