Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Why wld TX want to put the childrn back with th father when he been invlved wit Tx CPS b4?..CPS is trying to gt unsupervised visitation for him.And the caase worker here says it sounds like they want them back wh him.He works 11pm-7pm and only person to care for them......how can they say that is the bst for the kid.We

have 3 adults here to care for them an 1 is only in tx.....? Wat can we do to speed up and help us them

I am not sure what CPS procedures are. However I suspect that none of you have contacted them to file a Petition for Custody of these children. I suggest you do so. As long as one parent is available for the care of the children, it has always been that children are returned to the parent available. It may not be in the best interest of the children but no one else is coming forward.
