Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If a woman conceives during a marriage due to an affair, the bio father hashad nothing to do with the child and the husband takes him as his own and raises him for over four years. The father puts his name on the birth cert knowing that the child may not be his. Should child support be granted to the mother by the legal father or the biological father? There was a paternity test done but not through the courts.
