Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If a woman is married but has been seperated for over 4 years because her husband refuses to sign divorce papers... and she has a child with another person but that person is not on the child's birth certificate, can he keep her from moving to another state?

Maybe. You've put yourself in a real pickle. You should hire an experienced family law attorney in your town or county as soon as possible.
In Florida there is a legal presumption that a child born while a couple is married is the product of the Husband. It is up to the Husband to prove he is not the Father. If he wants to fight about moving then you should ask for child support.
no you can move, he does not need to sign anything just serve him the papers and get a default, use a lawyer.
