Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I was with this woman for over a year. Found out she was expecting. Went to plan parenthood together. I still have the ultrasound pic. Four months into her pregnancy she throws me out & says the child isn't mine. The baby "a girl" has been born. The baby has the last name of a man this girl is seeing. I believe this child is mine. Can I make her get a patenity test? And will it be difficult because of the baby's last name?
