Hello, my question is if a women have a baby and she claims one man as the father but, he dont think its his child and wants a blood test can she denie him the right to have the test done. How can he get a test done to where she has to give it to him.

If the mother is stating that you are the father and you disagree then there isn't really anything to do. Until you are proven to be the father then you do not have to pay child support. On the other hand, if she has filed a paternity action then you should request the court to order a DNA test to be done to show that you are not the father. Once a court order she can not refuse to follow through without further problems from the court.
