Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was wondering if I could file contempt against my child's mother she is late every time I am suppose to pick up my daughter I have it all logged in a book the court papers do not say how late she can be it just says be at the meeting spot at 8am & to call in timely manner if running late she never calls or calls after 8 when I'm already there she's been anywhere from a few minutes to an hour and a half late
