Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was wondering if i can file a contempt of court against my childs mother she is late every time we are suppose to meet at the meeting spot we already have a contempt of court against her for not showing up

what does your papers say. Does she get 15 minutes or whatever. If she is an hour late, yes file the contempt.
