Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was wondering, if a party who has already been denied to inerplead into my divorce can once an appeal has been rendered try and interplead another way? This party is not party of the divorce proceedings but is trying very hard to take a certain asset away that the appeals court says is a marital asset? Can l, if this new judge allows her to come into the divorce again file another appeal trying to stop her or do l have to wait for an order?

Thank you.

If the party have been denied and the appeals court says this is a martial asset, there is no other way this person can interplead again.
