Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hello i was just woundering i have a injunktion. on my x and i have two kids with him never married i have full custdy to them but he just started paying child support the injuntion. its for the kids too there names are on it i wanted to know i have gotton married and we are doing our wills and i wanted to know if some thing happen to me who would get my kids my parents are unable to i want my husbnad to have full right to them but how would i go about doing that i x will not sign them over i tryed i do not want my x parents to have them at all they would let my x see them and not let my husband or his family see them at all and i dont want that my husbnad know every hair on there heads and my x family dont
