Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex has a writ for his arrest. Is there a service that will go arrest him? Or does he have to do a criminal act firs? I got a response that when the police find him. well he doesnt work and is home all day so will they go to his house cause it has been a week and nothing. the writ is for not paying a purge payment from child support. Im tired of him getting away with this. his purge was do in Nov and it is now 3 months late
