Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my x wife moved out of the house we have lived in for the past 2 years. It is her house and she is trying to do a deed in lieu of foreclosure. She called me up and stated that she had to move back into the house for the deed in lieu to go through and she told me that I had to move out by the end of July.

Is she able to do this or not?

Depends on the agreement you had with her. You state she is your X wife - so what did your dissolution of marraige state - who got the house - who is paying the mortgage etc. Do you two have an agreement as to shared expenses, a lease agreement etc.
