Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Me and x-wife share custody of childre 50/50 but she is the primary custodial parent. My son has just got his learners permit to drive. Who is responsible for covering his insurance. I am under the assumption that if he is licensed to drive he has to be covered.

who's name is the car in? She is probably covering him under her car insurance. Ask her.
