Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My xwife is currently taking me to court for more child support and we have a mediation date. She just informed me that she is also moving out of state and wants to reduce my visitations to only once a month. What can I do to keep my every other weekends?

She needs your permission or the permission of a judge to move out of state. Florida law is very strict about this, and it is very difficult to get permission to move. There is a strict statutory procedure she must follow. You should speak to a family lawyer.
