Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a one year old daughter. My girlfriend and I just broke up. I am one the birth certificate, but we were never married and nothing has been done in court. Seeing my daughter is always like puling teeth, and so far it is only when her mother wants to allow it. I dont want full custody, but how would I go about getting at the very least court ordered visitation? And preferably joint custody.

You need to establish paternity. Custody/Time-sharing will be decided then.

You will need to file a petition to establish your paternity of the child. Once that has been done, you can ask the court to order a Parenting Plan that includes time-sharing for both parents with the child.
