Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Last year I got an Order of Protection against my husband. He was ordered to pay child support and awarded visitation every other weekend. He doesn't always get her and he never pays the child support. I will be getting an attorney and taking him back to court, however, I'm having a hard time maintaining where I'm at. I live in Jacksonville, fl and can't make it here anymore. I plan on moving to St. Petersburg, fl to be closer to family because I need the help. I have two children, the oldest being from a previous relationship, he is 5 years old and has Autism. My youngest is, who is the daughter of my husband, is 2 years old. It's really not working for me. I was wondering if he could stop me from me moving, because I know he wouldn't care about me struggling and just do it to be spiteful. I still have the restraining order and I'm wondering if that will benefit me. Please help I'm a 21 years old mother of 2 children and I have to find a better situation for me and my children.

You can request an Order to Relocate based on you need your family to help you. Should be no problem.
