Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Two years ago my sister moved out of my house and left her kids I have been caring for them 100% by myself ever scents I recently got a letter from her saying that she got arrested and that when she is released she wants to come get the kids.The kids do not want to go with here and the 3 year old doent even know her... what can I do to keep them in my custody?
