Can a young man be denied a DNA test of a child in a child support case?

I've seen it happen before in child support enforcement cases. I think you should file a Motion for Scientific DNA test and allege that you doubt paternity and are contemplating filing a Petition to Disestablish Paternity which requires a DNA test. The Judge may require you to file a Petition to Disestablish Paternity thereafter, but I think it's worth a shot.
